LAB completes flue gas treatment project in France
In January 2025, ESWET member LAB successfully delivered two flue gas treatment units to the Waste-to-Energy plant in Chaumont, Eastern France.
The project was conducted in partnership with Veolia France and involved the renewal of the plant’s previous flue gas treatment process.
The works, which started in mid-2024, included the dismantling, pre-assembly, assembly, final assembly and start-up of two new lines.
Each line is treating a flue gas flow of approximately 30,000 Nm3/h from ovens with a capacity of 5t/h.
In this time-lapse video, you can follow the project’s different stages, from design to commissioning.
