MARTIN’s licensee, Chongqing Sanfeng Covanta Environmental Industry Co., Ltd., has been awarded a new contract to supply grate systems. Two combustion systems will be supplied to a Chinese contractor for the waste-to-energy plant in Delhi, India, which is the first waste-to-energy plant in India with MARTIN technology. The grates will be manufactured in China and will use the MARTIN SITY 2000 technology. Each grate will have a throughput of 600 t/d.
