AIK Technik AG is now a new member of ESWET!
ESWET is pleased to welcome AIK Technik AG, a Swiss company, as its newest member.
AIK Technik AG specialises in plant engineering for the treatment of residual materials and the recovery of valuable resources. With innovative processes and technologies, they actively contribute to reducing environmental impact and promoting the sustainable use of available resources.
Their technologies combine environmental responsibility with economic efficiency, providing the foundation for sustainable resource recovery. Together with their customers, they develop and implement solutions that make a tangible contribution to resource conservation and climate protection.
Engineering and System Supply
As a system supplier, AIK Technik AG offers a comprehensive range of services – from engineering and planning through to implementation and successful commissioning.
Their key areas of expertise are the treatment of residual materials and process media from waste-to-energy plants. Their portfolio includes fly ash washing (FLUWA), wastewater and condensate treatment, mercury separation processes, as well as the planning and implementation of chemical storage facilities.
In addition, they develop and implement innovative processes for phosphorus recovery from sewage sludge ash. This enables the recovery of a valuable raw material and its return to the material cycle.
Research and Development
With their own independent laboratory, they are able to carry out comprehensive laboratory and operational analyses. This allows them to provide targeted support to our customers in troubleshooting as well as in optimising processes and plant operations.
Various analytical methods for water and solids are used both to optimise existing processes and to develop and implement new technologies. In this way, they combine practical operational experience with continuous research and development.
Installation, After-Sales Service and Maintenance
With their own installation team and spare parts warehouse, they provide their customers with fast and reliable support – even beyond commissioning.
Their after-sales service includes the supply and management of spare and wear parts as well as maintenance and service activities. This helps ensure the long-term availability and reliable operation of their plants.
